West Chester University is located about 25 miles west of Philadelphia and was established in 1871. They have also marched in the New York Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade and has even appeared in Major League Baseball's World Series. The band has performed for NFL games including teams like the Pittsburgh Steelers, Philadelphia Eagles, New York Jets, New York Giants and Washington Redskins. The "Incomparable" Golden Rams Marching Band is a staple at WCU football games and numerous exhibition events throughout the New England region. First up are the Golden Rams of West Chester University. The 2017 Collegiate Marching Band Festival is fast approaching and it's time to get to know the different bands that will be performing on Sunday, October 1st.
